Water Fountain

  • Did you know that cats have a low thirst drive? It's true! In the wild, most of a cat's water intake would come from their food, which is high-moisture-containing meat, so they do not naturally have high thirst. This can cause or exacerbate a myriad of feline health problems for indoor, domesticated cats, including urinary tract and kidney diseases.
  • Cats prefer running water, and this is why some of them will tap the water in their bowl with their paw before drinking it.
  • Also a water fountain can encourage your cat to drink more. The water looks more like a natural source in the wild would and often tastes better due to the carbon filtration.

Litter Box

As a general rule, the correct size litter box should be at least as long as your cat, from their nose to the tip of their tail (when extended), and its width should be at least as wide as your cat is long (with their tail not extended).

Food Bowls

Did you know Cats prefer dishes and bowls that are fairly shallow and wide. When cats stick their faces too far into bowls to eat, they may experience discomfort, Some cats are very sensitive to the feel of the dish around their little whiskers, They might even use their paws to take food out of the dish.
